Consider a research trip to Germany or The Netherlands. They have done the deep thinking and implementation that proves that encouraging other forms of transportation than cars makes life better - in small towns and large cities. We must strive for a better experience for PEOPLE, not just drivers. If you do this and provide actual leadership, we will all thrive. If you don't, leave the municipalities alone to do what works.
