Remove Schedule 10 from Bill 66, which allows municipalities to override provisions in the Greenbelt Act, Clean Water Act, Lake Simcoe Act, Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Act and Great Lakes Protection Act. These important pieces of legislation were put in place to protect the riches shared by all Ontarians. Schedule 10 jeopardizes the health and welfare of many at the expense of enriching a privileged minority.
