I am not in support of Bill 60. It is not fighting delays it is removing alternative modes of transportation. The best way to fight traffic delays is to get citizens out of their cars and using alternative moves of transportation and those modes of transportation must be safe to use.
Also, this bill unfairly targets bicycle infrastructure and singles it out, which is not backed by any expert opinions.
