I believe that this bill should not be put into motion as it will be incredibly damaging to the discovery of heritage and be a direct action against reconciliation in cases that involve indigenous artifacts. As a former archaeologist it is astounding to think that a Province in a Country which values it's history and heritage would consider allowing the bypassing of assessments that work to discover potentially important sites not just for First Nations, but for more recent settlers as well.
