Schedule 10 within the bill, allowing companies to build and operate in areas protected by the Greenbelt Act, Great Lakes Protection Act, and others, is patently irresponsible. Allowing companies to ignore or circumvent acts such as the Clean Water Act endangers resources Ontarians rely on, making the schedule counterproductive. I, like many others, am therefore urging that schedule 10 be removed from the bill.
