Every effort should be made to avoid municipalities having very small fringe sections of their municipality in another Regional Conservation Authority area. Many municipalities have had to try and manage, understand and collaborate with multiple Conservations Authorities. This has created tension, inconsistency and confusion. Every effort should be made now to avoid this going forward.
