Amalgamation of areas which have such differing geology, weather, land cover and uses is a very poor idea. This strikes me as yet another effort on the part of the Ford government to eviscerate all controls over development, and will have catastrophic effects on plants, animals, insects, and people. It seems that Ford wants to pave everything.
