I am not a cyclist in the city, I am a driver. I 100% support keeping and adding bike lanes to encourage more cycling, and keeping cyclists safe. Do I love more traffic? No. But I do love the reduced stress of driving with bike lanes knowing that's not an extra thing I have to worry about because a cyclist is going to pop-up outta nowhere when I'm making a right turn? Absolutely yes.
