As a tax paying citizen of the province, I do not support this provision that is part of Bill 60. I rely on biking for my daily commute and it is my primary mode of transportation and this bill if it becomes law, will severely curtail the freedom I have to bike in the city where I reside and impact my peace of mind and therefore reduce the economic impact I contribute to the province and the country. If you aggregate this with other people like me, you have several hundreds of thousands of dollars of lost tax revenue and risk of losing human capital by the potential relocation to another province or country which nobody wishes for. I would request the Environmental Registry to carefully review this provision of Bill 60 and prevent it from becoming law.
