I understand the desire for common sense. But, don’t the people of Ontario deserve uncommonly good sense? Decades of city design have taught us that the only way to improve traffic in a large city is to provide real, viable alternatives. Making transit, cycling, or walking less desirable just adds more cars to the roads. Please, please, please, stop this silly approach to public planning. The people of Ontario deserve better.
