As both a daily ttc user and cyclist at Toronto; as well as someone who works in infrastructure design; cycle lanes help reduce traffic and more importantly saves lives. No. Of lanes does not cause traffic, it's providing alternatives to driving that reduces traffic and this policy does not make sense. As such, this proposal should be completely rejected.
