We appreciate the province making Community Improvement Plans (CIPs) available to Upper-Tier Municipalities, and providing for funding to be provided between upper- and lower-tier municipalities without updates to Official Plans.
We encourage transparency including rationale where the Minister exercises authorities to make decisions that do not conform to provincial policy or planning statement(s).
