Your government seems to portray that we need to choose employers (business) over workers (people). That is incorrect. Businesses need people to exist whether it is to work for them to supply their products or be a consumer of their products. Families need workplaces that are fair. It does not take much time to apply for extra hours or averaging of hours nor does it take very long for approval. How hard is it to put up a poster about the Ministry of Labour at a place of work? Is something so minor going to prevent a business from opening their doors in Ontario or is it welcoming businesses that want to abuse workers rights.
