I agree with HCA’s submission to the ERO. I am concerned about losing local decision-making and I support keeping conservation decisions rooted in our community.
Given that water is a critical natural resource the current division of CAs aligned with watersheds makes sense. The proposed merger will distract from the key priorities of the CAs, which means distracting from the priorities of Ontario citizens.
