I think it is long overdue. We need to dismantle the UTRCA, they slow down development and their requirements are extremely excessive and often stretch beyond their jurisdiction and mandate. Having a larger conservation authority will reduce waste and provide consistency for developers. The rules shouldn't change between municipalities
