We live near Fifty Point Conservation Area which is part of the HCA, we also had a boat in the marina.
My concerns are the way the HCA hires staff thier seems to be a lot of nepitisum with upper managment hire relatives.
The marina docks are getting old.
The park is land locked, they had a chance to purchase some property east of the park but passed which would have given them expansion.
Our vote would be to consolidate
