This proposal threatens our natural spaces in Ontario. Localized conservation areas should continue to be under local authority, by people who live in and care about the area and have best and have best interests in mind. Of all things to target, this seems silly. I love the Hamilton Conservation — amazing staff, beautiful trails and spaces. Merging all 36 into just 7 takes away the individuality each has to offer.
