Biodiversity is an extremely local issue and impossible to do well from such a large regional level, Hamilton Conservation Authority is extremely important to the Hamilton and Dundas community and to protecting our specific wildlife and nature communities. Particularly in the Dundas community we experience a lot of external tourism of our trails and that results in the mistreatment of our nature through littering and offtrailing which is much easier to address locally. Our nature is important to us in the Hamilton and Dundas communities, and it is impotent to us that preservation of those stay local to us.
