To Whom it May Concern,
It is important for those living in areas as stakeholders make decisions regarding their own conservation areas. Those living outside can not make informed decisions and I the best interest of those community members. Each community has different needs values and beliefs of how they would like to see their community thrive and should be left for municipalities to make judgments based on their own agendas.
