I think this is a horrible idea. Keeping the watershed-based CA's is effective at enacting change quickly, being in touch with local issues, and driving effective conservation results. It enables timely and informed decision making.

This new model will slow processes down and weaken service continuity and municipal relations.

I disagree wholeheartedly with the decision to merge conservation authorities. Please reconsider.
