Conservation areas are underfunded as it is, and this is all about cutting costs to the Ford government. The Ford government also likely has alternative movies and sneaky plans... there's nothing to say they have premediated focus on underfunding certain areas to turn into development opportunities without proper governance amd consideration for watershed and environmental impact. Bottom line is this government cant be trusted with there past patterns and dissociation from public desires.
