This is a terrible idea. Conservation authorities are responsible for numerous operations and combining them WILL result in some areas falling through the cracks. We need them for storm alerts, watershed health management, wildlife protection and so much more. If areas such as flood warnings fall through the cracks it will cost taxpayers. This is a stupid idea
