Canada is a beautiful country with wonderful green spaces and natural wonders. Protecting these should be a top priority for our government and our citizens. While it is important to grow business and the economy, it should not be at the expense of nature. We need to preserve these areas for the future generations, and they are important for the health and well being of all Ontarians. I live in an area that has both Greenbelt and urban growth - they can co-exist and should continue to be given equal weight when urban planning decisions are made.
