Unfortunately, the proposed changes do absolutely nothing to address the many negative impacts associated with wind turbines. Wind developers must be required to demonstrate that their electricity plants will not cause harm to humans or wildlife or the environment. Infrasound low frequency noise must be measured. Complaints must be processed efficiently and promptly and be resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant. Developers must be required to offer adversely affected persons who so request market value for their homes and costs of relocation.
