Attached file lists a number of recommendations for amendments wrt demand for electricity for pre-construction and future wind turbine and other renewable energy installations. Municipalities must have the ability to fully manage their area, as they do with other non-green energy endeavors. Pre-construction projects must be better defined to align with the promises of the premier. Demand must be more accurately measured and include additional considerations relating to the effect of demand.
