Sprawl onto Canada's most productive farmland and last bit's of southern Ontario's nature is irresponsible. The proposal to loosen density targets and facilitate new settlement areas is irresponsible and offensive. 2/3 or Toronto like most surrounding cities are single family houses. The ability for intensification is enormous. Please re-adjust these proposed amendments to encourage density rather then sprawl. Absolutely offended by these proposals.
