The proposed amendment involving settlement boundary expansions of less than 40 hectares outside a Municipal Comprehensive Review, needs to INCLUDE “justified” Greenbelt areas. There are Greenbelt areas that no longer fit the criteria for Greenbelt Zoning and minicipalities should have the ability to expand into these areas if it is necessary and justified.
