We are planning consultants for The Wemat Group, the owner of the lands located
on the south side of Highway 7, between Leslie Street and Highway 404 in the City
of Markham. It is our respectful submission that the subject lands should be excluded from the Provincially Significant Employment Zones (“PSEZ”), as outlined in the proposed Amendment 1 to the 2017 Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe (the “Growth Plan”).
