Ok. I'm don't know the exact content of the Endangered Species Act. I'm more knowledgeable of the environmental related legislations (especially the CEPA, EPA, and the SDWA.) I do know if the Endangered Species Act is to be reviewed, it should be for stronger conservation protection not for weakening already existing protection to allow development in endangered species habitat. I shudder at the thought of the Windsor wetlands open for development. We need more natural spaces not more housing complexes.
