Consider this if we do not know everything which no sane person believes we do; how do we know that this "removing of red tape" is safe? Going on a case by case basis can cause confusion that will harm businesses. The only business that are harmed now are multimillion dollar companies that already may be crossing line they do not need to cross in order to make more money.
