agree with proposal for put grow and take(pgt) brook trout lakes to have 5 fish limit no size restrictions. The previous size restriction made no sense at all and discouraged fishing of brook trout(pgt) lakes in FMZ and provided zero benefit for anybody. This moved pressure to FMZ 8 and FMZ 10 for anglers in the areas close to those 3 FMZs.. Fishing of PGT lakes should be encourage in FMZ 11 as well as all FMZs. Taxpayers money puts fish in these lakes with many socioeconomic benefits. As well the huge benefit is every time an angler fishes a PGT lake then that day he is NOT putting pressure on naturally occurring populations which are under pressure as you have told us. All the PGT lakes should be open year round to 1) Provide fishing opportunity for anglers and 2) divert pressure from naturally occurring populations.
