Increasing ethanol or similar content in fuels up to 15% by 2025 is a truly dumb idea from someone who is still living in the past. Gasoline is already commonly available with plenty of ethanol content. By 2025, many more electric vehicles, (cars, suvs, and delivery vans) will be on the road. How do you propose that people use ethanol in battery powered vehicles? EVs will be anywhere from 50% to 100% of new car sales in many countries by 2025. Canada will not be far behind. Quick reminder: It's now 2019.
