To Whom it may concern.
I'm resident in Ontario and I'm concerned about nuclear energy in terms of risks. I definitely find that the PNERP underestimates those risks. It should mention an emergency plan in case of nuclear accidents such as Fukushima or Tchernobyl. Citizens' safety and security need to be considered and not neglected.
