We are urban farmers farming…

We are urban farmers farming for "clean food" insecurity and working to dismantle food poverty. Our mission is to ensure that community gets access to locally grown, healthy, affordable, culturally appropriate foods that are from the equator and tropics that can be grown in Canada in the short season.

Our work involves all community but particularly the house holds that are financially challenged and live with food poverty and food insecurity.

This is a great idea to reuse soil that can be a very expensive part of the process in growing good healthy "clean food". Please ensure the soil is enriched with things like worm castings, organic matter etc.

We are looking forward to all the innovations coming that will make our job so much easier and materials like soil become much more affordable for organic growing.

This will be great recycling...
