With regards to the Further Proposed Amendments No. 3 Converting low-rise commercial buildings to mixed use; this will help a lot of municipalities with older downtown areas, that are hoping to introduce residential to the second floor, to increase population in the downtown where we already have all of the amenities. The cost of the RSC has deterred many property owners from starting this process. Where small town municipalities have community improvement plans for the downtown areas will help get this option rolling. Thank you for listening to our request for this amendment, this is a huge help for smaller municipalities.
