The proposals in ER 013-5033 are dangerously short sighted.
People without a scientific background have no place on the boards for scientists. Let the professionals who have devoted their life’s work to the study of these issues use their knowledge to best protect the biodiversity of Ontario. Laypeople who can be bought by developers or others have no place on a scientific board.
