I object to the changes proposed by Bill 108. In my neighbourhood we have fought to keep the feeling of our area, catering to families and smaller developments. Your proposals will allow developers to build larger condos and multi-residential developments which are inappropriate for this area. You are turning back the clock to an era when developers can do whatever they want.....definitely not “for the people”.
