Developers should not be allowed to buy their way to bypass and get "relief" from zoning regulations.
City Committee of Adjustment decisions should be given more weight, and developers should be required to first make all proposals to the Commitee of Adjustment. Developers should not be allowed to make new proposals to LPAT or OMB appeal boards.
I do not agree with the changes being proposed by the province to reduce the input of communities to the LPAT.
