The regulation to reduce the distance i support. Bear hunters know what actually constitutes a trail that is used regularly by humans and avoid them. The definition of trail and right of ways is so broad that the distance restriction as it is written is illogical and simply hard to enforce. i encourage the change be made to reduce the distance.
