I am opposed to the changes…

I am opposed to the changes to the Endangered Species Act. It will

• lead to significant delays and interference regarding the listing of species at risk;
• allow exceptions for proponents to escape prohibitions;
• limit government’s actions to protect and recover species at risk;
• allow landscape agreements to harm some species at risk in exchange for benefitting others;
• allow individuals and companies to pay a fee in lieu of protecting species or their habitats.

So please reject the provisions that will harm species at risk.
