I would just like to comment on the changes for the ESA. I feel like the forestry sector needs a more permanent solution to the ESA through a more long term regulatory exemption. I was reading and found I do not support the harmonization option for a solution to the forest sectors issues. As you are certainly aware of, the forest sector is a very important part of our northern economy that has been severely impacted over the past 10 years. It is essential to come up with a solution to the ESA and, I believe, section 55 regulatory exemptions have provided the only workable path for the forest sector since the ESA was enacted.
