I find virtually every proposed change to be detrimental to the existing Endangered Species Act:-
- extended timelines for everything,
- increased ministerial discretion,
- buying your way out of compliance.
I don't see any proposed changes that actually enhance the ESA.

With the recent release of the international paper on scary loss of biodiversity the world over, it is imperative that you either leave the Endangered Species Act as is or tighten it.
