We are concerned as farmers and household owners in the area of the Otter Creek Wind Farm in the possibility of future damage to the aquifer if and when construction begins on the proposed wind towers. Being well owners on two farms, any disturbance in water supply or clarity would affect us immensely. Supplying bottled water or small tanks to anyone affected is a band aid at best and not in the realm of reasonable problem solving. If problems arise , nothing short of a permanent water line supplying municipal water to any household affected should be included into any agreement signed by all parties in this wind farm proposal. The total cost for any water lines should be paid for by the Otter Creek Wind Farm LP . I do not think this request is at all unreasonable and hope that the powers to be will address this with open minds and goodwill in their hearts. Thank you,
