I agree with returning to an OMB type of system and abolishing the LPAT system. The LPAT system does not produce a cohesive result that takes the big picture into account but instead results in a hodgepodge of special interest groups that themselves cannot agree, frustrating the ability of the city to provide the services and good planning required to run a metropolitan centre.
