this all sound good to me but you need to aligate more archery tags for areas that tags have been taken away and given to the gun hunters like in 21a it seems like we lose tags every year and the gun hunters get tags added to them archery and gun hunters should be aloud to get the same chance to get tags not one better than the other in any area.
