It seems to me that these proposed changes lean heavily in favour of the applicant.
Who is looking out for the interests of the people and the environment when quarries invade an area?
We have a quarry trying to expand near our cottage , and it will affect our cottage values, and our enjoyment of the area, as well as the animals in the area.
Please consider this when you decide to implement more changes. If anything I wish you would make it more difficult for quarries to be put near people, animals, and lakes and watersheds.
