The entire admendment process should be reviewed . Example being why should it take a major admendment to move weigh scales 300 feet on the pit floor ? A cost of 4k for consultant, surveying and re doing license.
It should be as simple as area MNRF rep reviewing and making a notation in the file that it was agreed upon.
Similarly relocating stock piles from designated area on licenses.
Taking over a year to go through the process is not very productive.
