I dont beleave this is a fare deal for the cottagers of rondeau park if the leases are to be extended there should not be so many strings attached.Cottages should be allowed to be sold or passed on to Family.
The way it is now opon the owners Death there childern are left with the Bill to remove the Cottage this could Financhily destroy these familys .the other part of the Lease i dont agree with is banning the cottagers from senstive
ares of the park you lease a water front lot than turn around and declare it a sentive area stopping or
restriting acess to the water but collect a lease fee based on a water front lot.Its as if this Lease was written to Drive the cottagers from the park wELL before the end of the term of 2038. The cottagers of Rondeau deserve a fare deal this proposed lease is any thing but fare
