Thank you for proposing an extension to the bottled-water moratorium. This will provide much-needed time for the government to consult the public on the results of the groundwater review and presents an opportunity for the creation of evidence-based policies. Ontario needs to have modern water taking policies that prioritize Ontario’s groundwater for communities and safeguards water quantity for generations to come.
