As a cottager who has enjoyed the advantages of Rondeau for 30 years, I am in favour of the lease extension and strongly in favour of a rapid and permanent solution for long term occupation of cottage lots in Rondeau Park. The allocation of a three year extension should be used to reach a permanent solution to ensure that the cottage community remains forever. If a permanent solution is reached prior to the three year extension deadline, I support it being implemented as soon as possible,
